  • 1/2 tablespoon Cream

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.To make the koftas, blend green peas, ginger, green chili, and spices in a food processor. Add gram flour to bind the mixture and shape into small balls.
  • STEP 2.Deep fry the koftas until golden brown and set aside.
  • STEP 3.To make the gravy, heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown. Add ginger, garlic, and spices, followed by tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and pulpy.
  • STEP 4.Blend the mixture into a smooth paste and return to the pan. Add water, salt, and cream. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add the fried koftas to the gravy and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or Indian breads.
