Ingredients for Green peas kebab Recipe

  • 0.63 cups & Green peas
  • As required Handful Spinach
  • As required A dash of water.
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 0.06 tsp thHing
  • 0.13 tsp Kalonji
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 nos chopped Green Chilli
  • 0.13 tsp black salt
  • 0.13 tsp cumin powder ( Aashirvaad)
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder (Aashirvaad)
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.13 tsp Kasoori methi leaves
  • 0.13 cup boiled and mashed potato
  • 1/4 nos chopped Green Chilli
  • As required handful mint leaves
  • As required Oil For Frying
  • As required Salt to taste (Aashirvaad)

Directions: Green Peas Kebab Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan add green peas and water, boil it, while boiling add little salt. Boil the peas till tender, now add spinach. cook for 5 mins and put off the gas. strain it and keep it under running water, cool down the peas.
  • STEP 2.Next grind this boiled peas with little water.
  • STEP 3.Now heat a pan,add oil , then add hing, kalonji, ginger paste and chopped green chilli, saute it.
  • STEP 4.Now add green peas paste add salt and black salt to taste., then cumin powder, coriander powder,chaat masala, kasoori methi, fry them until green peas are thick and quantity will be reduced.
  • STEP 5.After cooking it,left from the pan, cool it quickly, spread it in plate. cool down the mixture, then add boiled potato, for that add little more salt and black salt. add chopped green chilli and mint leaves. Divide the mixture into small pieces, give a shape like tikki.
  • STEP 6.In a pan heat oil, put the kebab cook it one side, flip it for cooking another side. After both sides are done. Remove from the pan. Served it with small bite size paratha (made with aashirvaad maida) and lachha onion.
