STEP 1.First of all, we will grind the peas in the mixer, then finely chop the chillies and grate the ginger.
STEP 2.Now heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, fry ginger and green chillies in it, then add peas and soya crums to it and add 5 ml. Will fry it. When it goes too much, it will be kept in a vessel to cool down.
STEP 3.When the mixture cools down, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, finely chopped coriander and salt as per taste and mix them well. Now the dough for our kebabs is ready. Will give the shape of kebab by giving it a round shape. Will make kebabs from all the mixture.
STEP 4.You will heat a pan, when the pan becomes hot, apply 2 spoons of oil on the pan, then put the kebabs and shake it from both sides.
STEP 5.Now green peas kebab is ready. Serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.
