Ingredients for Green Peas Halwa Recipe

  • 0.33 cup fresh peeled green peas
  • 33.33 gms Khoya/mava
  • 0.67 nos tbs sugar (can increase as needed)
  • 0.67 nos tbs ghee
  • 0.33 tsp elaichi powder
  • 0.67 nos tbs chopped almonds
  • 0.33 nos tbs chopped kajus

Directions: Green Peas Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and grind the peeled fresh green peas coarsely. Heat ghee in kadai.add fresh green peas paste.
  • STEP 2.Cook till colour darkens slightly and rawness of peas goes away.
  • STEP 3.Once cooked add sugar and cook till melts and add khoya.mix nicely and cook till ghee comes out and it starts leaving kadhai.
  • STEP 4.Now add elaichi powder.half of chopped almonds and kajus.garnush with rest half of dryfruits and serve garma garam yummy matar halwa.
