  • 2 cloves Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Green Chili
  • as needed Handful Of Coriander Leaves

  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • as needed A Few Curry Leaves

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the green peas until they are soft and tender.
  • STEP 2.In a blender, add the boiled green peas, ginger, garlic, green chili, coriander leaves, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.
  • STEP 4.Add the blended green peas mixture to the pan and cook for a few minutes until the chutney thickens.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat and let it cool. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
  • STEP 6.Serve the Green Peas Chutney with dosa, idli, or use it as a spread for sandwiches.
