Ingredients for Green Pea Cookies Recipe

  • 300 gram green peas
  • 6 tablespoon Oil
  • 100 gram All purpose flour
  • 40 gram Sugar
  • 60 gram Oil
  • 1 Nos egg yolk
  • 1/2 tablespoon Water

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Wash peas with water and then let them dry.
  • STEP 2.Add oil to a pan and heat it. Add green peas and fry them until golden brown. Once fried and let it cool down at room temperature. Grind the fried peas in a blender.
  • STEP 3.Prepare a mixture of egg yolk and water in a bowl and keep aside.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl and add 80 gm of pea flour to wheat flour, oil and knead to make a dough.
  • STEP 2.Take 10 gm of dough and make a ball then slightly press it on center making a partial void. Add the egg mixture to the dough.
  • STEP 3.Now bake the cookies in a pre-heat oven at 175 degrees celsius and bake them until golden brown.

Storage And Serving Method

  • STEP 1.Allow the cookies to cool and store them in an airtight container.
