  • 1/2 Medium Onions, Finely Chopped

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.In a blender, blend together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, and a little water to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom. Fry until fragrant.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated mutton pieces and cook until they are browned.
  • STEP 6.Add the green paste and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add water, cover the pan, and simmer until the mutton is tender.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
