How to Make Green Moongdal Bhajiya Recipe
Wash and soak split green moong dal in enough water for 4-6 hours.
Discard skin from soaked dal.
Transfer soaked dal ( without water) in deep container. Add chopped coriander leaves. Grind it to coarse mixture with help of hand blender.
Transfer prepared green moongdal batter in mixing bowl. Add green chilli ginger paste, asafoetida, salt .mix well and beat with hand for 4-5 minutes to make it fluffy batter.
Drop 1 -1 tbsp of prepared pakora/ bhajiya batter in hot oil.
Deep fry 10-12 bhajiyas in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden.
Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Moongdal Bhajiya with green corainder chutney.
