0.33 cup cup green moon
0.33 Pieces Onion
0.33 Pieces Tomato
0.33 Pieces Beetroot
1.67 g 5-6 cloves of g
A Pinch Small piece of ginger
1.33 g 4-5 G
0.33 tsp jeera
0.67 tbsp rava ( semolina)
to taste Salt
Directions: Green Moong And Beetroot Cheela Recipe
STEP 1.Wash and soak the green moong overnight.
STEP 2.Morning drain the water and add the moong, roughly chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped beetroot, green chillies, ginger, garlic, rava and little water in a grinder and make a smooth batter.
STEP 3.It should not be too watery and not to thick.
STEP 4.Remove in a bowl and add salt to taste and jeera and mix well.
STEP 5.Take a nonstick pan and put some batter and spread it evenly with the help of a spoon and put few drops of oil and cook nicely on medium flame.
STEP 6.Once done flip and cook from other side too.
STEP 7.Serve hot with chutney of ur choice.
