  • 125 g Chicken (with bone)
  • 1/4 Pieces Small Potato(small diced cut)
  • 1/4 Cup Spring onion
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 Pieces Green tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp Green chutney
  • 3/4 Tsp spinach paste
  • As Required Turmeric powder
  • As Required Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Refined oil
  • As Required Sugar
  • 1/4 Tbsp green capsicum chopped

Directions: Green loaded chicken with potato#ChickenRecipes #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.Green chutney :-1 cup coriander leaves,2 teaspoons mint leaves, 1 green chilli,chopped raw mango 2 teaspoons, 4 cloves garlic, salt according to your taste, little water, grind all ingredients and make a fine paste.
  • STEP 2.In a pot add oil, half teaspoon sugar, when sugar Caramelised then add Chopped spring onion, capsicum, and potato fry for 7 minutes then add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, chicken pieces (2 inch pieces), mix all ingredients nicely and cook for 3 minutes on high heat,now add green Chopped tomato,spinach paste,green chutney, half teaspoon turmeric powder,1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder,half teaspoon garam masala powder and salt according to your taste. Mix and cook for another 3 minutes.after 3 minutes add 2 glasses warm water and boiled it until gravy almost dry. It's ready to serve. Serve hot with roti, paratha,Pulao etc etc.
