  • 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, chopped green garlic leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a paratha.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Brush with ghee or oil and serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or curry.
