Theplas belong to the gujarati cuisine of india and are usually made with methi leaves (fenugreek leaves) which is also a winter delicacy but i thought of using garlic greens and further addition of flax seeds instead of regular sesame seeds or carom seeds to increase the nutrition value of the dish.
