Ingredients for Green Coriander rice Recipe

  • 0.33 g 1 bowl  basmati rice
  • 1 g arlic cloves
  • 0.33 g reen chili
  • 0.33 tablespoon Oil
  • 0.33 tablespoon hee
  • 0.17 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.33 Pieces dried cayenne
  • 0.67 Pieces Cloves
  • as required Cardamom
  • 0.67 pieces Cinnamon
  • 0.33 g Pinch
  • 0.33 A Few Onion
  • 33.33 gms reen peas (other vegetables can also be taken)
  • 0.33 g as needed

Directions: Green Coriander Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.First prepare the basmati rice by cooking it.
  • STEP 2.Now wash the green coriander mint well, add chilli and garlic in it and make a paste

  • STEP 3.Now heat oil and ghee in a pan, add dry spices and add hing. Add onion. Once onion is cooked, add peas, salt to taste and cover with 1/2 bowl of water.

  • STEP 4.Once the water is burnt and the peas and onions are cooked, add green coriander paste. Add 1/2 bowl of water again and mix well. After the water is burnt, add rice in it and mix the rice slowly with two spoons. (Do a little test on this stage.

  • STEP 5.Ready coriander rice Garnish it with green coriander and serve with raita or yogurt.
