  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 cloves Cloves Of Garlic
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1.25 En Chilies
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • as needed Chopped Cilantro For Garnish

  • STEP 1.Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • STEP 2.In a blender, combine cilantro, mint, garlic, ginger, green chilies, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth to make the green chutney.
  • STEP 3.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the green chutney and saut茅 for a minute.
