Ingredients for Green chutney Recipe

  • 1 g reen chillies
  • as required Salt
  • as required Cold water
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • as required Lemon juice
  • 0.13 cup Mint
  • 1/4 tbsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 cup Coriander
  • As Required Green chillies

Directions: Green Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, chop the coriander and mint and then wash them thoroughly with water. Then add coriander, mint, green chilies, ginger, salt, sugar, and lemon juice and crush them in a mixer jar.
  • STEP 2.Crush the chutney by adding as much cold water as required. Mix well after crushing.
  • STEP 3.The green chutney is ready, you can store the chutney in the freezer.
  • STEP 4.Note- Ice can be used instead of cold water, it will retain the green color of the chutney.
