  • 1.75 Pieces green chillies
  • 1/2 Tsp mustard seeds (sarson)
  • 1/4 Tsp Dried coriander
  • 0.13 Tsp fennel seeds
  • 0.13 Tsp Salt
  • 0.13 Tsp Turmeric
  • 3/4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.06 Tsp Hing (asafoetida)
  • 0.13 Cup Oil

Directions: Green Chilli Pickle (raita Marcha) Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first wash green chillies and cut it Now add turmeric & salt and mix it and rest it for 10 mins Now in mixer jar add mustard seeds, dried coriander abd fennel seeds and grind coarse. Now add these spices in green chillies And add lemon juice and hing. Now add warm oil and mix it well Now store it in glass jar.
