Its interesting to note that green chicken tikka masala is not, in fact, green in color. The name however derives from the generous amount of aromatic herbs used in the sauce. Mint and coriander enhance the spicy sauce, balancing the rich indian spices and the creaminess of the yogurt with their fresh herbaceous flavors. Top it off with a sprinkle of golden raisins to add a touch of sweetness in this flavor-packed dish.
