  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • As required Fruits,sliced strawberries and bananas
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds

  • STEP 1.-1)place 2 to 3 nutrichoice 5 grain digestive biscuits in a chopper and pulse to make a coarse powder.

  • STEP 2.-2)in a mixing bowl add 1 cup greek yogurt and 1 tbsp honey. Whisk together well.

  • STEP 3.-3)in a glass jar or small glass bottle, spoon a layer of biscuit crumb at the bottom.
