  • 1/25 cup Olive Oil
  • 0.33 Juice Lemons
  • 0.67 cloves Cloves Of Garlic, Minced

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 160���C.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • STEP 3.Place the lamb in a roasting pan and pour the marinade over it.
  • STEP 4.Cover the pan with foil and roast for 4-5 hours, or until the lamb is tender and falling off the bone.
