  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 large tomato
  • 3 spring onions
  • As required Salt

  • 2-3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 12-16 pickled black olives

How to Make Greek Salad Recipe

STEP 01

Break the cucumber into 2 items, divide them vertically, take away seeds, take thick strips and roughly cut them into little cubes.

STEP 02

Roughly cut the tomatoes into little cubes.

STEP 03

Diagonally slice spring onions.

STEP 04

Roughly tear the lettuce leaves and place them into an oversized bowl.

STEP 05

Add tomato, cucumber and spring onions.

STEP 06

Add salt and crushed black peppercorns.

STEP 07

Add additional virgin oil and vinegar and blend gently.

STEP 08

Place the dish in a very serving bowl and place black olives on high.

STEP 09

Break feta cheese and place on high and serve straight off.
