Ingredients for Grape and mint juice 🥤 Recipe

  • 1 cup Grapes
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp 2-3 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp Jaljeera powder
  • 1 Tsp Juice of lemon
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Water as needed
  • As Required Ice cubes

  • STEP 1.Grapes & Mint Juice
  • STEP 2.It's very refreshing juice.. Good for summers.. and can be made within 5 mins.
  • STEP 3.Grapes are a good source of fiber, potassium and a range of vitamins and other minerals.
  • STEP 4.Mint facilitates smoother digestion.
  • STEP 5.Method:
  • STEP 6.Wash the grapes and mint leaves properly.
  • STEP 7.In a blender add grapes, mint leaves, sugar or honey, jaljeera powder,ice cubes, little salt and add little water and blend it to a smooth paste.
  • STEP 8.Remove in a bowl and add lemon juice and mix well.
  • STEP 9.Serve chilled.
  • STEP 10.Sugar can be adjusted as per ur taste.
