  • 1/4 Cloves garlic
  • 0.13 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 pound Ground beef
  • 0.13 Large egg
  • 0.13 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 0.13 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 0.06 cup Ketchup
  • 0.13 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 0.13 tablespoon Spicy brown mustard
  • As required Black pepper : to taste
  • 0.03 Cup medium Capsicums(bell pepper)

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and milk. Let it sit for a few minutes until the breadcrumbs absorb the milk.
  • STEP 2.Add the breadcrumb mixture to the beef and gently combine. Add the finely chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the meat mixture. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Stir in the beaten egg, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  • STEP 4.In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to create the topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the meatloaf.
  • STEP 5.Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for approximately 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C.
