  • 0.13 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix rice flour, jaggery syrup, grated coconut, cardamom powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add water gradually and mix well to form a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Grease a round cake pan with ghee and pour the batter into it.
  • STEP 4.Steam the cake in a steamer for about 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • STEP 5.Allow the cake to cool down completely before removing it from the pan.
  • STEP 6.Cut into slices and serve as a tea-time snack.
