  • 1/4 cup gourd peel
  • 1/4 nos green chilli chopped
  • 0.13 tsp nigella seeds
  • 0.06 cup Coconut grated
  • 0-1/4 nos vadi fried and crushed
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • As required To taste salt and sugar
  • As required As needed oil

Directions: Gourd Peel Fry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Sluce the peel thinly and steam a minute.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil add green chilli and Nigella seeds
  • STEP 3.add the peel saute adding salt and turmeric powder.
  • STEP 4.add coconut, coriander leaves,vadi and sugar mix and serve
