Ingredients for Gooror Payas Recipe

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 3 cup Condensed milk
  • As required a few Raisins
  • 2 No.s Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom seeds
  • As required a few Cashews
  • 3 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar

Directions: Gooror Payas Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Take 3 cups of milk in a boiler and let it boil. Add bay leaf and cardamom in it. Keep stirring. Add rice and mix well. Let it boil again and make a boil again. Add the raisins. Keep the flame on medium.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2. Add the condensed milk. Keep stirring. Do not overheat. Keep cooking till the rice cooks completely and you get a thick consistency.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add powdered sugar and let it mix. Cook for another 5 minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 4.The rice kheer is ready.
