An Andhra style recipe of mutton with sorrel .This is one of the most popular and tarditional dish of andhra cuisine.It is a spicy and slightly sour in taste.This recipe is easy to prepare.

Heat the pan add the sorrel leaves, add 2 cups of water and cover cook for 2 mins . Keep it aside
Heat the vessel and add oil . Add cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon and shahi jeera, let them pop
Add onion and green chilies, fry well . Add ginger garlic paste
Add the mutton and mix well . Add diced tomato
Add turmeric powder and red chili powder, cook well for 3min . Add salt to taste.
Add garam masala and coriander powder, cook for 5 mins . Add 2 glass of water and cover cook for 20 mins on low flame
Add sorrel mixture prepared before with coriander powder and cover for 3 mins Serve with rice or roti.
