  • 0.13 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan and roast the edible gum until it puffs up and becomes crispy.
  • STEP 2.In a separate pan, prepare a sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar until it reaches a one-string consistency.
  • STEP 3.Add the roasted edible gum to the sugar syrup and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 5.Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts to the mixture and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Pour the mixture into a greased tray and let it cool.
  • STEP 7.Once cooled, cut into desired shapes and serve.
