  • 1/25 cup Urad Dal
  • 0.17 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 0.33 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 0.17 inch Ginger, Grated

  • 0.08 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • STEP 1.Soak rice and urad dal for a few hours, then grind into a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, curry leaves, and spices to the batter.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan and drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
