Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and lemon juice.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, salt, and the remaining marinade. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 5.Blend the mixture to a smooth paste and return it to the pan.
  • STEP 6.Add marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are tender and cooked through.
