Ingredients for Gola Kabab Recipe

  • 31.25 gram Chicken Mince
  • 0.13 No.s Onions
  • 0.06 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.06 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon crushed Coriander Seeds
  • 0.09 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Nutmeg and Mace Powder
  • 0.06 tablespoon Chickpeas Flour
  • 0.06 teaspoon Coconut Powder
  • 0.06 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
  • As required Oil

Directions: Gola Kabab Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Take a pan and add coconut powder, chickpeas flour, poppy seeds and roast for 1 minute on high flame.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Now take a mixer blender and add chicken mince, fried onion, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, coriander seeds, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, nutmeg & mace powder, coconut powder, chickpea flour and poppy seeds in it.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Blend everything well.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Take a kabab stick and damp it with some water.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Make balls out of the mince mixture and peirce it through the sticks.

step 6

  • STEP 1.In a pan take ½ cup oil and shallow fry it. Your kababs are ready!
