STEP 1.Take a pan and add coconut powder, chickpeas flour, poppy seeds and roast for 1 minute on high flame.
STEP 1.Now take a mixer blender and add chicken mince, fried onion, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, coriander seeds, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, nutmeg & mace powder, coconut powder, chickpea flour and poppy seeds in it.
STEP 1.Blend everything well.
STEP 1.Take a kabab stick and damp it with some water.
STEP 1.Make balls out of the mince mixture and peirce it through the sticks.
STEP 1.In a pan take ½ cup oil and shallow fry it. Your kababs are ready!
