Ingredients for Goi Xoai (Green Mango Salad) Recipe

  • 1 green unripe mango
  • 50 gram Carrot
  • 30 gram fresh vet mint
  • 1-2 chilies
  • 50 gram roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon dried shrimp soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • STEP 1.Bring a tiny low pan over medium heat, add one tbsp oil, and fry the garlic until slightly golden. Then drain the dried shrimp and boost the pan, beside one tbsp sugar and one tbsp fish sauce.
