  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, salt, and water to make a smooth dough.
  • STEP 2.In a separate bowl, mash ripe bananas and mix them with jaggery and grated coconut.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin circles.
  • STEP 4.Place a spoonful of the banana mixture in the center of each circle and fold it into a semi-circle.
  • STEP 5.Seal the edges by pressing them together and steam the ada for about 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Alternatively, you can also fry the ada in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Serve the godham pazham ada hot as a snack or dessert.
