Ingredients for Gobji parantha Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Grated cauliflower
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/4 g chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.06 tsp Carom seeds
  • 0.06 tsp Red chilli powder
  • As Required pure ghee
  • As Required Kneaded dough

Directions: Gobji Parantha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add all the ingredients in grated gobhi & mix well.
  • STEP 2.Make small balls out of dough.Take 1 balls & make small chapati of it.
  • STEP 3.Put some stuffing in the center of chapati & peel it from corners ,With rolling pin,make chapati.Heat tawa & put the chapati on it.When it becomes little pink, spread pure ghee on it & flip it.Do the same procedure with other half.
  • STEP 4.When it becomes golden brown from both sides Take it on the plate & serve with butter ,curd or mango pickle
