  • STEP 2.Add cauliflower florets and carrot slices to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
  • STEP 3.Sprinkle turmeric powder, salt, and sugar over the vegetables. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot as a side dish or filling for sandwiches.
