  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook the lentils until tender and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
