  • 1/2 Medium Sized Cauliflower, Cut Into Florets
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 5.50 Ws
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cream
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Drain and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds.
  • STEP 4.Once the cumin seeds splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 6.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 7.Add cashews, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 8.Cook the mixture for a few minutes and then blend it into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 9.In the same pan, melt butter and add the cauliflower florets.
  • STEP 10.Cook for a few minutes until the florets are lightly browned.
  • STEP 11.Add the tomato-cashew paste and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 12.Add cream and mix well.
  • STEP 13.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
