Gobhi tikka masala is just variations of paneer tikka and other tikka masala but very bold flavour, combination of different spices, and lastly creamy texture. I am huge fan of chef harpal singh sokhi and his recipes and my family gobhi lover. Any season i have to make cauliflower ince in a week. Few days ago i tried my hands this super yummy recipe of cauliflower and believe me not its texture it was super yummy. A big hit in my family. Great option for dinner party, kitty party and potluck.

  • 1/4 green capsicum cut in square
  • 1/4 medium size onion cut in square
  • 1/4 tomato seedless cut in square
  • As required For gravy
  • 1/4 palm full cashews
  • 1/2 big tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon ginger chilly paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon garlic PASTE

  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • As required For marination of Gobhi
  • 1/4 cup hung curd
  • 1/2 tablespoon ROASTED GRAM FLOUR
  • 1/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon carrom seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger chilly paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon more red Kashmiri chilli powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry kasuri methi crushed
  • 1/4 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon tandoori masala
