STEP 1.Take a pan. boil milk for 5 mins and then keep it aside let it cool . Take another pan add ghee . After it gets hot add gobhi (only flower) . Stir until its raw smell goes away and it gets golden brown colour. Add milk . Mix it and add mawa and sugar and mix it and boil for 5 to 10 mins as it it gets thick .add elaichi powder , nuts , raisins . Serve with puri
