  • 1/2 cup Sprouted Lentils
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 4.50 Y Leaves
  • 1/2 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 inch Ginger, Grated
  • 2.25 Lic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 cup Grated Coconut
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the lentils overnight and then sprout them.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add the sprouted lentils and cook until they are tender.
  • STEP 6.Add grated coconut and salt. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with rice or bread.
