  • 1/4 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/4 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add the spices - turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  • STEP 4.In a blender, blend together grated coconut, tamarind pulp, and water to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 5.Add the coconut paste to the pan and simmer for a few minutes.
