Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and devein the prawns, removing the shells and heads.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Heat mustard oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated prawns and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  • STEP 5.In a separate pan, roast dry red chilies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds.
  • STEP 6.Grind the roasted spices along with garlic, ginger, and vinegar to make a smooth paste.
