  • STEP 1.Clean and devein the prawns, removing the shells and heads.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Heat mustard oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves.
