  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, grated onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Mix well and shape the mixture into small balls.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken balls until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • STEP 4.In the same pan, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 6.Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 7.Add coconut milk and tamarind paste. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
  • STEP 8.Add the fried chicken balls to the curry and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
