  • 1/4 Carrot, Peeled And Sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 cup Water

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the beef with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated beef and cook until it is browned on all sides.
  • STEP 4.Add tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, and spices. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add water and pressure cook for about 20 minutes or until the beef is tender.
