  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
  • 25 gram Cheese, Grated
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a blender, make a paste of ginger, garlic, red chilies, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and vinegar.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the beef slices with the masala paste and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • STEP 3.Place a spoonful of the filling (onions, bell peppers, and cheese) on each beef slice and roll it up tightly.
  • STEP 4.Secure the rolls with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan and sear the beef rolls until browned on all sides.
  • STEP 6.Transfer the rolls to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
