  • 1 Onions, Finely Chopped

  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
  • 1 cup Water
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
  • STEP 6.Add potatoes, salt, and water. Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender.
  • STEP 7.Add the fried fish and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice.
