Ingredients for Gluten free classic hunmmus platter Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Chickpeas
  • as required Water for soaking and cooking
  • 3/4 g arlic cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sesame paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red paprika
  • as required Cucumber
  • as required Bell peppers
  • as required Baked nacho chips
  • as required Cheese sticks
  • As Required Baked nachos
  • As Required Blueberry

Directions: Gluten Free Classic Hunmmus Platter Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak chickpeas overnight.
  • STEP 2.Discard the water the next day. Add fresh water and boil the chickpeas ..
  • STEP 3.Reserve a tablespoon of chickpeas for garnishing. While the chickpeas are still warm, place them in a blender or dough maker. Add garlic, sesame paste, turmeric, lemon juice, salt and blend till smooth. Add water in between if required.
  • STEP 4.Now take the paste in a bowl. Set like square or a board ,Drizzle some olive oil. Add some red paprika, chopped dried berries, thyme, olives and a few chickpeas.
  • STEP 5.Serve smooth, silky nd delicious healthy hummus with nachos, cheese sticks ,dragon fruit slice,baked chips, nachos, Vege sticks.
  • STEP 6.For sesame paste...
  • STEP 7.Sesame paste: soak the sesame for 1 hour in one fourth cup of water.
  • STEP 8.Make a fine paste using a small chutney grinder.We can use store bought tahini paste as well.
