  • 1/4 tablespoon Medium curry powder
  • 150 milliliter Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/4 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1/4 Bay leaf
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 25 gram 4 chicken breasts
  • 25 gram Flour, seasoned with lots of salt and pepper
  • 1/4 Free range egg, beaten lightly
  • 30 gram Cornflakes, bashed in a pestle and mortar
  • 1.25 Spritzs of spray olive oil
  • As required Japanese steamed rice and salad, to serve
