How to Make Ginger Scallion Soup Recipe
STEP 01
Mince the ginger or finely chop. We will use the white parts of spring onions only. chop them finely
STEP 02
Mince the garlic or chop. dice the shallot finely.
STEP 03
Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add ¼ tsp ginger spice powder, add 1 tsp salt, ¾ tsp oyster sauce. Mix well.
STEP 04
Heat 2 tbsp of oil. Now pour the very hot oil over the bowl mixture.
STEP 05
Scallion oil sauce is now ready to use.
