  • 500 gram Pork fillet thinly sliced
  • 1 No.s Green pepper cut into bite size pieces
  • 10 gram Ginger finely chopped
  • 2 No.s Spring onions cut into inch pieces 2
  • 1 teaspoon Corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Shao xing rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon Malt vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Clear honey
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1 Lime juice lime
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese Five Spice Powder
  • 3 tablespoon Peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

How to Make Ginger Pork And Honey Recipe

STEP 01

1 in a mixing bowl add 500 gm thinly sliced pork fillet, 1 tsp corn flour, 10 gm finely chopped ginger, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp shaoxing rice wine, 2 tbsp clear honey, 1 tbsp chinese five spice powder, 1 tsp sesame oil and mix well.

STEP 02

2 leave to marinate for 1 hour.

STEP 03

3 in a wok heat 3 tbsp peanut oil on high heat, add marinated pork and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

STEP 04

4 then add 1 tbsp malt vinegar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp water and cook for a further 2 minutes.

STEP 05

5 add 1 green pepper cut into bite size pieces and 2 spring onions cut into 2 inch pieces and storfor 1 minute.

STEP 06

6 add juice of 1 lime and salt to taste. Stir well.

STEP 07

7 transfer to a dish and serve hot with rice.
