  • 0.33 cup Milk, dairy or non-dairy, i used flax milk
  • 0.06 cup Pure maple syrup
  • 0.33 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 0.33 teaspoon 1 1/2 grated, fresh ginger
  • 0.08 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 0.33 tablespoon Chopped walnuts for topping, if desired
  • 0.17 can Coconut milk or coconut cream, i used coconut cream and it worked well
  • As required Cinnamon
